Perth - Capital Mining Ltd. (ASX:CMY) (Capital or the Company) refers to the request for voluntary suspension granted by ASX on 14 August 2017 pending an update on Capital Cannabis Limited (CCL).

Capital advises it is awaiting ASX's decision on Capital's submission regarding CCL and consequently unable to make the announcement at this stage.

Capital anticipates the announcement will be made on or before 24 August 2017, which is expected to end the period of suspension.
