Calgary - PetroFrontier Corp. ("PetroFrontier") (TSX-V: PFC) announces that all of the resolutions put forward at PetroFrontier's Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held on June 15, 2017 (the "Meeting") were passed at the Meeting. The full text of each resolution is contained in the Management Information Circular, which is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

The directors elected to the Board of Directors of PetroFrontier at the Meeting were Paul Cheung, Al Kroontje, Michael Hibberd, Kelly Kimbley and Robert Iverach.
