VANCOUVER, April 4, 2016 - Tinka Resources Limited ("Tinka" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TK) (OTC PINK:TKRFF) announces the granting of stock options to a new director of the Company to purchase up to 400,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.25 per option share for a period of three years.
