TIMMINS, ON, July 8, 2015, /CNW/ - Moneta Porcupine Mines Inc. (TSX:ME) (OTC:MPUCF) (XETRA:MOP) (the "Company") announces the results from its annual meeting held on June 3, 2015.
All matters put before shareholders at the meeting were approved, including the director nominees who were elected by a majority of the shareholders.
