NICOSIA, CYPRUS -- (Marketwired - Jul 6, 2015) - EMED Mining Public Ltd. ("EMED Mining" or the "Company") (TSX: EMD) (AIM: EMED) announces that it will host its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 12:00 (CEST) on Wednesday 29 July 2015 at the Rio Tinto Mine, La Dehesa s/n, Minas de Riotinto, 21660 Huelva, Spain. A circular to shareholders, incorporating the notice of the Company's AGM for 2015, together with forms of proxy and forms of instruction were mailed on 4 July 2015 to registered shareholders. Copies of the Annual Report were mailed to Shareholders on 30 June 2015.
