NunaMinerals A/S in suspension of payments

Nuuk, 2015-05-15 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As announced in company announcement of today’s date, NunaMinerals A/S (“NunaMinerals” or the “Company”) is in suspension of payments.

The Court of Greenland has upon request from the Company appointed the following supervision for NunaMinerals during the suspension of payment scheme:

- Niels Hansen Damm, Malling & Hansen-Damm advokatfirma, and

- Søren Aamand Jensen, Kromann Reumert

The Court of Greenland has scheduled a meeting with the Company’s creditors to take place on 5 June 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Nuuk time at the Court of Greenland Jens Kreutzmannip aqqutaa 1, 3900 Nuuk, courtroom 1.
