Shoreline Energy Corp. Announces Results of Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired - Oct. 2, 2014) - Shoreline Energy Corp. (TSX:SEQ) ("Shoreline" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the results of the Annual General and Special Meeting of the shareholders of Shoreline held on September 30, 2014 (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting, the shareholders elected Messrs. Trevor Folk, Peter Henry, John Williams, Peter Scott, Brett Walker and Dan Thompson to the Board of Directors of the Company, subject to regulatory approval. The shareholders also approved a resolution re-appointing KPMG LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year. The motion to approve the unallocated options issuable pursuant to the Company's stock option plan was not approved.
