Armstrong - Sunrise Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SHI) announces that it has today granted 620,000 incentive stock options to its directors, officers, and employees pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan. These options will be exercisable for 5 years at a price of $0.05 per share. In addition, subject to shareholder approval, 1,245,000 incentive stock options have been repriced and will now be exercisable at $0.05 per share.
