Mr. Andre Proulx Resigns from the Board of Directors of Petrolia

QUÉBEC CITY, May 22, 2014 - Pétrolia (TSX VENTURE:PEA) announces that Mr. André Proulx has resigned as a member of the board of directors. Mr. Proulx will also not be a standing for re-election as a director at the upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders.
