Atna Reports Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

GOLDEN, Colo., June 9, 2014 /CNW/ -- Atna Resources Ltd. ("Atna" or the "Company") (TSX:ATN / OTCQB:ATNAF) announces that the Company's shareholders approved all matters submitted by management for their consideration at the Annual General Meeting held in Vancouver, BC on June 4, 2014, with shares representing 46.10% of the total outstanding being voted at the meeting.
Shareholders passed ordinary resolutions approving the re-election of Mr. David H. Watkins, Mr. James K. B. Hesketh, Mr. Glen D. Dickson, Mr. Ronald D. Parker, Mr. David K. Fagin, Mr. Christopher E. Herald and Mr. Paul H. Zink as directors for the ensuing year. The proxy results on the election of directors were as follows:
