TORONTO, ON -- (Marketwired - Jan 3, 2014) - Sintana Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SNN) ("Sintana" or "Company") announces that Mr. Grant Fagerheim has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective as of January 1, 2014. He recently advised the Board that he no longer has sufficient available time to effectively fulfill his role as a Director.
