Dundee Energy Limited Announces Director Resignation

TORONTO, Feb 26, 2014 - Dundee Energy Ltd. ("Dundee Energy" or the "Company") (TSX:DEN) announces that Ned Goodman has resigned as a director of the Company. The board of directors of Dundee Energy would like to thank Mr. Goodman for his contribution to the Company. Mr. Goodman's replacement will be announced following the next meeting of the Company's board.
