TORONTO, Jan 21, 2014 - Dundee Energy Ltd. ("Dundee Energy" or the "Corporation") (TSX:DEN) announces that Derek Buntain has resigned as a director of the Corporation effective today. The board of directors of Dundee Energy thanks Mr. Buntain for his contribution to the Corporation.
