Mill City Cancels Non-Brokered Private Placement

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired - Aug 7, 2013) - Mill City Gold Corp. ("Mill City" and/or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:MC) (OTCBB:MCYGF) (FRANKFURT:NJ6) has cancelled the private placement originally announced in a news release on June 13, 2013 and amended in a news release on July 5, 2013. The Company has been unable to complete the private placement due to current market conditions.
