PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired - May 14, 2013) - Pursuant to item 8 in section 633(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Troy Resources Limited (TSX:TRY) (ASX:TRY) (ACN 006 243 750) (Troy) advises that it has completed sending to Azimuth Resources Limited (ACN 089 531 082) (Azimuth) shareholders the Bidder's Statement and Offer in relation to its off-market takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in Azimuth. The Offers are dated 13 May 2013.

A copy of the Bidder's Statement, which was sent to Azimuth shareholders, is contained in Troy's announcement released to the Australian Securities Exchange on 9 May 2013.
