VANCOUVER, 04/02/13 - China Minerals Mining Corporation (TSX VENTURE: CMV)(PINKSHEETS: HWTHF) ("China Minerals" or the "Company") advises that, effective immediately, Mr. Liang Shi has resigned as Director of the Company.
