Elemental Minerals Announces Resignation of Director

PERTH, Australia, Dec. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - Elemental Minerals Ltd. (ASX, TSX: ELM) ("Elemental" or "the Company") wishes to advise the resignation of Mr. John Sanders as Executive Director of Elemental Minerals Limited.
Mr. Sanders joined Elemental as General Manager on the 1 October 2009 before being appointed as Executive Director on 6 December 2010.
Mr. Sanders was integral to the development of the Sintoukola Project in the Republic of Congo and has been a key member of the Elemental team that has been instrumental in the rapid progress of the Company since his appointment.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Sanders for his significant contribution over the past three years in the development of the Sintoukola Potash project.
