TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - Dec. 10, 2012) - Sherritt International Corporation ("Sherritt" or the "Company") (TSX:S) announced today that Dean Chambers has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Dean has been with the Company since 2007, most recently as Executive Vice President, Development and has held executive roles in both the financial and operational areas of Sherritt. Dean succeeds Michael Robins as CFO. Mike has left the Company to pursue other interests.
