AZH files National Instrument 43-101 Compliant Technical Report on the West Omai Gold Project

PERTH, June 13, 2012 - Azimuth Resources Limited (ASX: AZH) (TSX: AZH) (the "Company" or "Azimuth") is pleased to announce it has filed a NI 43-101 compliant technical report on the West Omai gold project on SEDAR.
This report relates to the inferred mineral resource estimate announced by Azimuth on 31 May 2012.
