PERTH, Dec. 22, 2011 - Marengo Mining Limited (TSX:MRN) (ASX:MGO) (POMSoX:MGO) - The Directors advise that all resolutions detailed in the Notice of General Meeting of Marengo Mining Limited were passed by the requisite majority on a show of hands at the General Meeting of the Company held on 23 December 2011.
