Tawsho Mining Inc Announces Resignation of President and Chief Executive Officer

TORONTO, Jan. 30, 2012 - Tawsho Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TAW) ("Tawsho" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Eduardo Baer has resigned as the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the company. Mr. Gary Perkins, one of the original founders and a Director of the Company, will take up the position of President and CEO on an interim basis.

Since 1992, Mr. Perkins has been associated with more than three dozen Canadian public companies, covering many industries including energy and mining.
