Focus Metals Inc. Engages Launch IR Inc. for Investor Relation Services

OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/30/11 -- Focus Metals Inc. ('Focus' or the 'Corporation') (TSX VENTURE: FMS) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Launch IR Inc. to provide investor relation services to the Corporation. Launch IR Inc. is an Ottawa based investor relations/consulting firm with connections and strong ties to industry leading investment firms in Canada, the United States and Europe. The agreement is for a twelve-month period at a monthly fee of $5,000. Launch IR Inc. also received 300,000 stock options allowing it to acquire the same number of common shares of Focus at $1.00 per share for a five-year period.

The above transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
