Rocco Pugliese Announces Acquisition of Common Shares of Tawsho Mining Inc.

TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2011 - As at April 15, 2010 Rocco Pugliese has acquired beneficial ownership of 2,345,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of Tawsho Mining Inc. ("Tawsho") (TSX VENTURE:TAW). Mr. Pugliese subsequently purchased 932,500 Common Shares at an average $0.26 per Common Share through the facilities of the TSXV from the period April 22, 2010 to September 1, 2011.

Currently Mr. Pugliese holds 3,277,500 Common Shares, directly and indirectly representing approximately 14.4% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Tawsho. R3M Holdings Ltd and Ramcana Holdings Ltd, both companies which are controlled by Mr. Pugliese acted in concert with Mr. Pugliese.

Mr. Pugliese effected the acquisition of Common Shares for investment purposes. Mr. Pugliese reserves the right to purchase additional securities of Tawsho or from time to time to dispose of any securities of Tawsho that he may own.
