advises that the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting lodged with ASX on 24 October 2011 and filed on SEDAR on 25 October 2011 contained a typographical error in the wording of Resolution 8 on page 4. The reference to 'A$650,0000' is incorrect and should be 'A$650,000'. The Explanatory Memorandum on page 10 correctly refers to the amount of A$650,000.Coalspur Mines Limited
