OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - Feb. 16, 2011) - Focus Metals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FMS) (“Company“ or “Corporation“) has granted, as part of an officer's employment contract, options to purchase 200,000 common shares of the Company. Each option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $1.35 per share for a period of five years ending February 15, 2016.
