Inmet Mining Announces Postponement of Special Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, CANADA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/21/11 -- Inmet Mining Corporation (TSX: IMN) announced today that it has agreed with Lundin Mining Corporation to postpone their respective Special Meetings of Shareholders to vote on the Plan of Arrangement between them to merge the two companies. The date of the meetings, currently scheduled for Monday, March 28, 2011, will be rescheduled to Monday, April 4, 2011.
