TORONTO, Nov. 18 /CNW Telbec/ - Romarco Minerals Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received the final approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to list the common shares of the Company on the TSX.

* Romarco Minerals Inc. will have its common shares commence trading on the TSX at market open on Friday, November 19, 2010 under the symbol R.

* The Company's shares will be delisted and cease trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at market close on Thursday, November 18, 2010.
