ConocoPhillips Announces Quarterly Dividend

ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) today announced a quarterly dividend of 66 cents per share, payable June 1, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 21, 2012.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, ConocoPhillips has operations in almost 30 countries and more than 16,000 employees as of May 1, 2012.
