Rum Jungle Resources Karinga Lakes Project Acquisition of Outstanding Minority JV Interest

Perth - Further to the announcement on 20th February 2014 the Agreement for Rum Jungle Resources Ltd. (ASX:RUM) to acquire Reward Minerals Ltd. remaining interest in the project has been executed. RUM's holding in the project will be 100% and the consideration for the transfer is $140,000 plus four million ordinary shares in RUM.
