S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes to the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices - Orko Silver Corp.

A Deletion from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite and Venture Select Indices

TORONTO, April 15, 2013 - S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:

On Wednesday, April 10, 2013, the shareholders of Orko Silver Corp. (TSXVN: OK) accepted the terms of a Plan of Arrangement with Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation (NYSE:CDE). Orko Silver shareholders will receive a combination of cash and/or shares and warrants of Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation. Orko Silver will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite and Venture Select indices after the close of trading on Tuesday, April 16, 2013.
