TSX Delisting Review - Atna Resources Ltd. (Symbol: ATN)

TORONTO, Nov. 25, 2015 - DELISTING REVIEW Atna Resources Ltd. (the "Company") – Further to TSX Bulletin 2015-1170 dated November 19, 2015, TSX has determined to delist the common shares  (Symbol: ATN) of the Company at the close of business on December 29, 2015 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. The common shares will remain suspended from trading.
