VANCOUVER, July 5, 2016 - Bear Creek Mining Corporation (TSX Venture: BCM) ("Bear Creek" or the "Company") confirms that as of the date of this news release, there are no material corporate developments and the Company is not aware of any undisclosed material developments that would cause the recent movements in the Company's share price. Management notes recent improvements in metal prices, particularly the price of silver, are likely to have had an influence on the Company's share price in recent days as its flagship Corani Project in Peru is one of the world's largest undeveloped silver properties and its value is highly leveraged to silver prices.
