Date of AGM and closing date for receipt of Director nominations

Jervois Global Ltd. - (ASX:JRV) (TSXV:JRV) (OTC:JRVMF) ("Jervois" or the "Company") advises the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Jervois shareholders will be held in Melbourne, Australia, on Friday 6 May 2022 at 9.00am (Australian Eastern Standard Time or "AEST"). The AGM will be conducted in person and also available online for interested shareholders unable to attend. The Notice of Meeting for the AGM will be circulated in due course.

The closing date for receipt of Director nominations is 28 March 2022.
