Rusoro Mining Ltd.: Grants Stock Options

VANCOUVER, May 2, 2019 - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (the "Company" or "Rusoro") (Trading symbol (TSX-V): RML) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 11,050,000 stock options under the Company's stock option plan to insiders, employees and consultants of the Company with an exercise price of $0.105 per stock option, exercisable for a period of ten years from the date of grant, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
