Georox Resources Inc. ("Georox" or the "Corporation") (GXR: TSX-V; OF6A:FRA) announces the granting of options to directors, an officer and an employee of the Corporation to purchase up to an aggregate of 450,000 common shares exercisable on or before August 16, 2016 at a price of 15 cents per share.
