Vancouver, December 15, 2020 - Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. (CSE: HHS) (OTC Pink: HHSRF) (FSE: H9T1) ("Hi Ho" or the "Company") announced today that the property option agreement dated October 3, 2018, under which the Company had the right to earn a 100% interest in the Norbeau Property and the Beaurox Property, has terminated. Given current market conditions, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company ceased fulfilling its obligations under the agreement, and accordingly the agreement has terminated.
