Chesapeake Gold Corp. ("Chesapeake") (TSX VENTURE:CKG) announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive options to directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to 2,650,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $3.30 per share for a term of 10 years, expiring August 30, 2024. The options will vest and be exercisable on the basis of 25% annually commencing August 29, 2015, the first anniversary of the date of the option grant.
