VANCOUVER, Dec 6, 2018 -
Victory Resources Corp. (TSX-V:VR) (FWB: VR61) (OTC PINK: VRCFF) ("Victory" or the "Company") announced it is undertaking a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") offering of up to $750,000.
The Private Placement consists of units priced at $0.10 (the "Unit"). Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.15 for a period of two years from closing.
The Company will pay finders fees to qualified finders of 8% cash and 8% brokers warrants. Net proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital.
