("Silver Grail" or "the Company") (TSXV:SVG) (OTC:SVGAF) announces that, in conformance with its Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted to certain directors, options to purchase 877,000 shares of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share, exercisable until July 13, 2026. The stock option plan is a fixed, less than or equal to 10% plan.
The price of Silver Grail's stock closed yesterday at $0.15 per share.
