(the "Company" or "HAWKEYE") (TSXV:HAWK) (Frankfurt Ticker: HGT; WKN: A12A61 ISIN: CA42016R3027): wishes to provide an update for a news release dated September 23, 2019 whereby the Company announced a non-brokered flow-through and non-flow-through private placement to sell up to an aggregate of 10,000,000 Units at a price of $0.05 per share for gross proceeds of $500,000 (CDN) . In this release the Company did not state how it intended to use proceeds received from the financing. Use of proceeds from the funding will be used for general working capital, trades, acquisition and exploration expenditures over its properties including HAWKEYE's 2019 drill program at its McBride property strategically situated in the Golden Triangle of northwest British Columbia.
