Rio Cristal Resources Corporation (TSXV:RCZ) ("Rio Cristal" or the "Company") announces that the Company has changed its name to Armor Minerals Inc. effective immediately and will be trading under the new symbol "A" effective Tuesday May 12, 2015.
The change of name reflects the Company's new management and its intention to focus on mineral exploration and development.
