Calgary, August 15, 2018 -
Braveheart Resources Inc. (TSXV: BHT) ("Braveheart" or, the "Company") intends to complete a non-brokered private placement financing of flow-through units and units for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. The units will have an issue price of $0.10 per unit and be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling its holder to acquire one additional common share of Braveheart at a price of $0.15 per share for 24 months. The flow-through units will have an issue price of $0.10 per unit and be comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling its holder to acquire one additional common share of Braveheart at a price of $0.15 per share for 24 months.
The proceeds of the financing will be used to advance the Company's exploration efforts in British Columbia and for general working capital.
All securities issued pursuant to the financing will be subject to a four month hold period.
