(TSXV: BER.H) (“BE Resources” or the “Company”) announces that the Company's board of directors appointed Jing Peng to serve as an interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Peng replaces Jon Pereira who no longer serves as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer effective April 12, 2019. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Pereira for his services to the Company.
