Dieppe, November 4, 2020 - Colibri Resource Corp. (TSXV: CBI) ("Colibri" or the "Company") wishes to announce that it has received regulatory approval and has closed a non-brokered private placement of 962,500 units at $0.08 per unit for proceeds of CAD $77,000.
The units consist of one common share and one full share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the investor to acquire one additional common share at $0.12 for two years from the closing of the private placement.
Funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
