(TSXV: XTM) ("Transition") announces that the Board of Directors have approved the issuance of 2,325,000 stock options to Officers, Directors and Employees of Transition in accordance with its Stock Option Plan. The Options entitle the holder purchase a common share in Transition for $0.155 for a period of 5 years.
