Lucky Minerals Inc. (the 'Company" or "Lucky Minerals") announces that it will conduct a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,000,000 units at a price of $0.50 per unit (the "Units") to raise up to an aggregate total of $500,000.00 (the "Financing").
Each unit will consist of one common share in the equity of the Company and one share purchase warrant (the "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company (a "Share") at a price of $0.75 per Share for a period of two years. There will be a finder's fee payable for the Financing.
Proceeds of the Financing will be used for working capital purposes.
