(www.bonterraenergy.com) (TSX: BNE) ("Bonterra" or the "Company") announces that Dan Reuter has resigned from the Board of Directors effective March 10, 2020. In addition, Gary Drummond has advised the Company that he does not plan to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the next annual meeting of shareholders.
