(TSXV: OPW) (the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Paul Antoniazzi as Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and director of the Company for personal reasons effective immediately. The Company would like to thank Mr. Antoniazzi for his many years of service to the Company.
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mark Lofthouse as the new Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Lofthouse has been a director of the Company since March 2011.
