Frontline Cancels Stock Options

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 15, 2015) - Frontline Gold Corp. (TSXV: FGC) ("Frontline" or the "Corporation") announces that in an effort to improve its corporate registry and as a step forward in its capital restructuring efforts, Frontline's Directors, Officers, Employees and various Consultants have agreed to terminate and cancel all 6,970,000 stock options that were issued to them in prior years, with exercise prices ranging from $0.10 to $0.20 and with expiry dates ranging from February 2016 to October 2016.
