Academy Metals Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV:AM) announces that effective at the opening of markets on October 28, 2022, the common shares of the Company will commence trading under the new name of Bedford Metals Corp. under the new ticker symbol “BFM”.
In connection with the change of name, the CUSIP for the common shares of the Company will be changed to 076230101.
